Return Policy - Mastery Insights Academy

This Return Policy applies to all products sold at Academy.MasteryInsights.com, and all Mastery Insights Coaching Inc. owned websites.


FOR SELF GUIDED COURSES, TRAINING PROGRAMS, AND DIGITAL AND DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS:

Due to the immediately accessible and consumable nature of our Digital Products and services, which includes streaming videos, digital contents and documents, tools, online training portal membership and subscriptions, potential virtual events, and students’ community interactions platforms, and other unless otherwise stated:

ALL SELF GUIDED COURSES, TRAINING PROGRAMS, DIGITAL & DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

ALL SELF GUIDED COURSES, TRAINING PROGRAMS, DIGITAL & DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Exceptions for Digital Products

Digital products are strictly non-refundable once accessed. Exceptions are solely made for products that are technically undelivered or contain critical, unresolvable technical defects. Subjective dissatisfaction with the course content, length, style, or structure does not constitute a defect, misrepresentation, or failure to deliver.

If you experience a technical defect or access issue, you must contact support@masteryinsights.com to allow our team the opportunity to resolve the technical problem. If the technical delivery of the product completely fails and our support team is unable to restore your access or resolve the defect, you will be entitled to a full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and requirements.

Cancellation or Modification of your course enrollment can be made within 24 hours from your purchase, subject to the conditions below:

The 24-Hour Digital Access Void Clause. For instantly accessible digital courses and training portals, the 24-hour cancellation window is immediately voided the moment the user logs into the digital training portal, or accesses, streams, or downloads any digital content. Once accessed, the enrollment is strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Eligible Cancellations (Un-Accessed or Duplicate Enrollments). If you have not accessed the portal, or if you accidentally purchased duplicate enrollments, you must submit your cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@masteryinsights.com. To avoid delays in processing, please include:
• Course registrant name and email
• Date of purchase
• Name of the enrolled course
• Type of payment method used

Enrollment Modifications (Switching Courses). If you have not accessed the portal and wish to switch your enrollment to a different course, you must request a modification within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@masteryinsights.com. Please provide the details listed above, along with the correct course you wish to enroll in. Modifications are subject to availability and are not guaranteed, though we will do our best to process your request.

Confirmed Enrollments. After 24 hours from your purchase, or immediately upon logging into the digital portal, your course enrollment is considered “confirmed.” Confirmed enrollments cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

In the event of default, dispute or delinquent payment, The Company has the right to terminate Your access without notice and without liability to You.

FOR PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE:

ALL SALES OF PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW AND AS OUTLINED BELOW.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE THAT ARE PERISHABLE, CUSTOM, DIGITAL, OR OTHERWISE EXEMPT BY LAW.

Returns and refunds will be accepted only for physical goods that are defective, damaged upon arrival, not as described, or misrepresented.  See our Shipping Policy for details on submitting claims for Damages, Defects, or Lost Packages.

For all other eligible physical merchandise, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is new and unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, unless the item is perishable, custom, digital or otherwise exempt by law.

You may request Cancellation or Modification of your Physical Merchandise Order within 24 hours from your purchase by emailing support@masteryinsights.com.

After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled or modified.

To avoid delay in processing your order cancellation, please provide your order number and all the details concerning the items you want to cancel in your email.

To modify an order, please provide your order number, style, size and color for which ordered item you want to modify. While quantities last, we will do our best to process your modification request.
