By making a purchase from masteryinsights.com or any affiliated Mastery Insights Coaching Inc. websites (collectively, "our Website") such as https://academy.masteryinsights.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
This policy is divided into sections for clarity, covering our current digital product delivery and provisions for physical merchandise, should we offer it in the future.
1. Digital Product Delivery
Currently, Mastery Insights Coaching Inc. exclusively offers digital products, including but not limited to self-guided courses, training programs, downloadable materials, online training portal memberships, and access to virtual events ("Digital Products").
Delivery Method
All Digital Products are delivered electronically. This typically occurs via:
• Direct download links provided on the purchase confirmation pages or emails.
• Email containing access links, or download instructions sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• Access granted to an online portal or membership area.
Delivery Timeframe
• Access to Digital Products is generally granted immediately or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• In some cases, such as during periods of high demand, system maintenance, unexpected server outages, or if additional purchase verification is required, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
• You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase, which serves as your proof of purchase.
Shipping Costs for Digital ProductsÂ
• There are no shipping or handling fees for our Digital Products, as they are delivered electronically.
Troubleshooting Digital Delivery
• If you do not receive access or the delivery email within the expected timeframe, please first check your email spam, promotions or junk folder.
• Ensure the email address provided at checkout was correct.
• If you still cannot locate your Digital Product or access instructions, please contact our support team at support@masteryinsights.com with your order number and purchase details for assistance. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.
Geographic Availability
• Our Digital Products are available for purchase and delivery globally, subject to applicable laws and local internet accessibility.
2. Shipping of Physical Merchandise (Future Provision)
While Mastery Insights Coaching Inc. does not currently offer physical merchandise, we are outlining the following provisions for if and when we introduce such products (e.g., books, printed materials, branded goods). These terms will apply once physical products are available for purchase on our Website.
Order Processing Times (Future Provision)
• Once physical merchandise is offered, our estimated order processing time (the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment after it's placed) will be clearly stated on the relevant product pages and during the checkout process. Processing times will typically be measured in business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays in Vancouver, BC, Canada), and expected to be between 2 to 5 business days.
• Orders received after 2:00 PM PST may be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Canada & USA - Future Provision)
• Shipping Options: We will provide available shipping options (e.g., standard, expedited) with estimated delivery times and costs at checkout.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, as well as the selected shipping method. Costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• Free Shipping: If we offer free shipping promotions (e.g., for orders over a certain value), the terms and eligibility will be clearly communicated.
International Shipping (Outside Canada & USA - Future Provision)
• Availability: We will specify the countries to which we can ship physical merchandise.
• Shipping Options & Costs: International shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs will be provided at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Future Provision)
• Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs processing fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
• The recipient of the shipment (the customer) is solely responsible for all such import duties, taxes, and fees. Mastery Insights Coaching Inc. has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
• Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
• Refusal to pay these fees may result in the shipment being returned to us or abandoned. If a shipment is returned, any return shipping costs and original shipping charges may not be refundable.
Shipping Restrictions (Future Provision)
• We may be unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Any such restrictions will be noted at checkout.
• Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their nature or destination-specific regulations.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking (Future Provision)
• Once your physical order has shipped and the tracking number confirmed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will usually be active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
Damages, Defects, or Lost Packages (Future Provision)
Our commitment is to ensure your order arrives safely and as described. While we take great care in packaging, damages or losses during transit can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or is lost in transit, please follow the steps below so we can resolve this for you promptly.
This process is an exception to our standard final-sale policy for physical merchandise and applies specifically to items that are defective, damaged, or lost during the shipping process.
A. For Damaged or Defective Items (Future Provision)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 business days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To initiate a claim, please email us at support@masteryinsights.com with:
• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Photographic evidence of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.
Please retain all original packaging materials and the damaged goods, as they are necessary for us to process a claim with the shipping carrier. We will address these issues on a priority basis.
B. For Packages Lost in Transit (Future Provision)
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of the carrier's estimated delivery date and the tracking information has not updated, please contact us at support@masteryinsights.com. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
C. Our Commitment to Resolution (Future Provision)
In accordance with consumer protection laws and our commitment to you, our responsibility for items confirmed by us or the carrier to be lost or damaged in transit is to resolve the issue at our discretion by taking one of the following actions:
• Replacing the item(s) with new or equivalent goods.
• Arranging for the repair of the item(s).
• Providing a full or partial refund for the cost of the item(s).
We will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
3. General Terms
Accuracy of Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping and delivery information provided (including email address for digital products and physical address for future merchandise) is accurate and complete. Mastery Insights Coaching Inc. is not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Policy Updates
Mastery Insights Coaching Inc. reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our Website. Your continued use of our Website or purchase of products after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified policy.
